Describing on my businesses & auto-bioEthnography? Here are the details. 

1. General Introduction:
   - Briefly introduce your business ideation & philosophy.

My foundational ideas to kickstart the business are initially just to empower the vulnerable & oft-invisible minorities and the super-underprivilleged with superb socioeconomic abilities to WFH (or work at anywhere), offering many differentiated hot products. My pillars are built from the cosmic trinity i.e on heaven's, Earth's & soul's Lucks. The building blocks always come from the aids of my personal soulmate groups, spiritual guides, arch Angels, deities, ancestors; surviving families & friends. These divine interventions overtime built my destiny, personalities, inner works, etc. My philosophy is simple, where "Quality is a way of life". As it's a home-based businesses, it's located strategically in an attractive shophouse/SoHo (Small's /House's Offices). We have head officers manning & lead few offices, to date.

Dr. Han Jer Deng Enterprise offers physical & psychological therapies and advisory consultations (like video/photo-graphy, healthcare, & various other home-based services, etc).

2. Business Descriptions:
   - Describe the mission and vision of your business.

Vision: In decades to come I envision myself as bio-entrepreneur who is quite spiritually more advanced, than a typical soul.

Missions: In the first 5 years, I'll buried myself on CPD & LLL (mostly on spirituality stuffs) through e books and online / F2F programs. In the next 5 years I'll do tarot & oracle card readings.

As the founder is qualitative person instead of quantitative oriented, the only best statistics & big data I can provide is descriptive statistics only not dizzying inferential statistics.

   - Explain what makes your business has uniqueness/USP and how it stands out from competitors.
As my services are highly differentiated and targetically marketed on specific niche segment, I capably believe I'm different from others.

3. Market Analysis:
   - Identify your targeted niche market (e.g., demographics, locations, etc).

My targeted niche is on high profile and hi-potential clients only. I'll disallow any troublesome, quarrelsome, irksome, & provocative clients upfront. There is only one HQ, and there's no branch at all. The sociodemografik are good-looking younger males in nearby Klang valley. Preferable highly accessible by public trains & bus, like rapidKL's systems.

   - Briefly describe the current market trends related to your business.
Like elsewhere, the legal-politics & socioeconomy conditions are very unstable & super chaotic due to long COVID, wars, Great Depression, etc. The technologies are complicated, or not intelligent & user-friendly yet. On internal factors, there are too complicated to explain to human being using human languages. It can only be communicated using flashback, telepathic communication, & through bigger perspectives at higher soul level.

   - Highlight /note any competitors and explain how your business will compete.
Noted rivals are highly good-looking persons, & also hi-competent in businesses. I'll compete by making myself equally good-looking with other pretty boys.

4. Products and Services:
   - List the main products or services your business will offer.

Core businesses are mainly home-based services, not so much on physical & materialistic products. Side businesses including claiming some "transport, foods, language, internet; accomodation" allowances during OTJ (on-job) trainings

   - Include any special features or USP or unique selling points of your products.

With self-market of my unique identities, destiny, dynamic characters, static personality, & presentable good looks, I do indeed standout from others ultimately.

5. Marketing Strategy:
   - Outline your plans for promoting your business.

Promotional plan is to sell myself to the communities I deeply serve & to get many philanthropists'/governmental aids, subsidies, incentives, grants, etc. It's all for the eventual win-win goals so as to ensure socioeconomic sustainability.

   - Mention the digital marketing tools you will use (e.g., social media, website, online ads). = Social media, websites, etc

 
   - Explain how you will attract and retain customers.

Both internal & external customers will be attracted. I'll make myself lovable, beautify myself, & explore in-depth on the win-win socio-economic relationships with key-clients. 

6. Operations Plans:
   - Describe the day-to-day operations of your business.

Heavily working mentally to prepare myself towards the day to day's struggles. Will ensure that I at least adequately living from paycheque to paycheque, and at least able to put decent foods on the table. Will handling any incoming thoughts & emotions with wisdom. Preparing myself physically with decent basic needs like foods & necessary securities.

   - Include information about supplies, equipment, and any necessary permits.
Internally, many resources are needed as inputs to my daily functioning, like sixth senses, spiritual knowledge from e books, etc. Also equipped self with credentials & privilleging licences. Constantly infusing the energies of Living & money-making Skills into my inner works. Such as whilst suppresing self-sabotage, I'll increase more self-love, self-marketing, self-accountable, self-management, self-finance, self-operate, self-invest, self-leading, self-behave, soloPreneurShip, self-psych up, etc.

Speaking of external factors, many equipments are needed but somehow funders, politicians & governments basically just couldn't provide any decent equipments at all. No decent permits & renting yet from locality, MBDK, & governmental departments yet for WFH. Because their workplaces (hUtan & CyberJaya) are highly inaccessible from train stations, plus inefficient old buses facilities. Many places are not friendly to the disabled & poors too. Also they are not playing active actions at all; all paying lip services only. NATO, prominently seen at their books & policies.

7. Financial Plan:
   - Provide a simple financial overview, including initial startup costs, pricing strategy, and revenue projections.

On overall overviews of financial status, the Financial background of my families & societies nearby are super depressing. Both of my parents have 9 siblings related by bloods. And both of my grandparents didn't leave much assets & legacies for me at all. Like many commoner we're just not lucky enough to come from impressive backgrounds. The start-up costs to jump start & achieving key-milestones are super high due to the inflation (cost-push), shrinking M'sia dollars, etc. Also governments always overspending or inefficient, governments incurring bribes & losses, and reducing the grants, budgets; aids. Decent or minimal wage / elaun of monthly RM1700 (according to laws) is needed to sustain myself & other basic commitments. As per allowed on the maximum governments’ grants, the allocations had various limitations. Pricing strategy is done on realistic market rate, or on instincts from Gods. Revenues projected in future are still super dim & so dark in this trying times.

   - Mention any funding sources or financial support you will need.

Blueprint programs of pembasmian kemiskinan, Geran pelancaran Biznes utk B40, e Kasih programs utk miskin tegar, Madani programs, etc. Not sure yet my only biological sibling will give me some basic living supports in future, but I can be super -save & economic in managing finances.
